Vegetarian Lasagna





This is the first of the group of recipes that is made from the pasta sauce base that I wrote about recently.
Bolognese
Brown off an onion in some olive oil.
Add 1 cup mushrooms and cook for 3 min.
Add 1 300g packet of Quorn and cook for 5 min.
Add 3 cups of the sauce and simmer for 5 min.
Add some more oregano to taste.
Lasagna
Place a layer of sauce in the bottom of your oven dish.
Place a lasagna sheet down.
Place some more sauce on top and top off with another sheet of lasagna.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and parmesan.
Cover with foil.
Cook at 180deg for 30min covered then remove foil and cook for a further 15min.

I place it straight into the freezer until I have a batch of muffins and cookies to bake to get the most use from my oven.
