Next time you have a large amount of mushrooms that need slicing, whip out your egg slicer and get it done in a flash. Just be careful as you slice and don't push down too hard or you might damage the delicate wires.
Hi Kristy. Welcome to my blog. I thought I had better mention the careful part as I almost damaged my slicer. IF you go slowly and don't push against any resistance they it should be fine.
Hi Maria, I'm a fellow SSer. I tried this one a little while back and yes, I broke my slicer :( Careful is definitely the word :)
